Drawing on backgrounds rooted in the activist traditions of Berkeley and Woodstock, their songwriting explores everyday life, local heroes, human connection and the remarkable stories hidden in ordinary places.
Their music combines intricate harmonies, thoughtful lyrics and memorable melodies, shaped by years of travel and inspired by encounters with people from all walks of life. The duo have been Kerrville NewFolk Finalists, Falcon Ridge Emerging Artists and winners of the South Florida Folk Festival Songwriters Competition.
